Use Branding Principles to Build a Solid Clientele
What strategies should the female business executive use to build a good, solid clientele base? I took a look at the three strategies Susan over at brandcurve.com gave. She outlined three strategies that you can use to develop your brand, but I also looked at them and saw three strategies you can use to develop a good clientele. (I hope she doesn’t mind me piggy-backing)!
- Define the image you want to portray in the marketplace. Image is everything and image is king. If you want to be perceived a certain way by a certain set of people, watch how you portray yourself. Attracting trash clients? Check your image. Want high-profile clients? Become a high-profiler yourself. Perception is everything.
- Communicate your brand message. If you want your message to be perceived a certain way, to be accepted a certain way, pay attention to how you communicate it. Take a look at your marketing materials, your sales literature, your business cards. Does it communicate professionalism, or amateurism? You decide.
- Be consistent and persistent. Over 50% of all new businesses fail within the first year of its inception. Whatever your marketing, sales and communication strategies are, be consistent with them. Don’t change too often and don’t try it today but not again for two months. Your customers have got to see persistency in order to build trust.
Whatever your product is, whether it’s a service or a tangible item, decide where you want it to go and make plans to make it happen. Strategize your business just as you would your branding.
Results guaranteed!
